I only went to the parts desk, but got what I needed quickly and for a very good price.
Good selection of all kinds and makes of vehicles. Accommodating staff. Be warned though.....you are allowed to have the vehicle to purchase evaluated by an independent mechanic. Ran into a problem with a recent purchase where the "27 point inspection" was supposed to be done, and found several items that were not fixed. After these were pointed out, they were fixed for free and a complimentary vehicle was supplied.
A lack of honest and forthright communication from the service coordinator made getting my vehicle serviced an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.
I'm grateful that the technician spotted the issue and took the time to correct it; I'm just a bit sore about having to constantly scramble at the last minute every day to find a way to get to work and back while repeatedly being told "it'll be ready in the morning".
The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to over discuss details of my problem over the phone. They delivered fast diagnostics and clear cut delivery of issues with my car and how to fix them. Went above and beyond to assist in getting me the best repair plan. If you are looking for friendly and smart service and peace of mind the job is getting done right, this is the place.

I understand it was a big job and mostly unexpected, but the constant string of "there's just one thing left" and "it'll be ready in the morning" made the wait intolerable. I have no idea how long the work should have taken, and clearly neither did they.
