After a mistake with incorrect change, managers, customer service, and floor staff worked to ensure the error was corrected and we could pick up the refunded amount at our convenience. Each with a friendly attitude. The experience was a shining example of the store and community's values.
A well organized selection of merchandise. This Boone Walmart has helpful employees that know their departments well. They make a customer feel welcome in the store and assist gladly when asked. Items are always in good condition. I believe it has the widest selection of goods in town at what most would consider fair prices.
I am so disappointed in the online experience. I recently ordered a dollhouse for my granddaughter for Christmas and has not arrived. And now you are telling me I have to contact someone else. When I bought this off your website! This is terrible I will not ever order anything from you again. I will shop Amazon now my granddaughter will not have her doll house
This was a huge walmart that carried so much more then any one the ones around my area, it was really quite amazingvthat they had so many more desirable products then the others ive been to!!! Its nice not to just have to settle for what the ones have in stock around here when the one inbmason city had more then i ever lnew i wanted!!! I will go back there every chance i get to give them my business!!!! Kudos!!!!
