Worst insurance experience ever! The agent switched me to actual cash value without my consent after I signed up for replacement value. I emailed him when the notice came in the mail and insisted it be switched back and he emailed that he was putting it back on replacement. A year later when I have a claim, I find out it is still on actual cash value. They increased my premium after I signed up 25%! The agent almost never calls back. Horrible experience. RUN.
