WOW it's is amazing. I waited 25 minutes, while somone who ordered on the phone took over 2 hours. I don't event think she ever got it.
Food was late getting delivered. Again. And no, not by five minutes, a half hour to fourty-five minutes. Called and got a sarcastic 'Well, our driver is busy so, yeah.' Very 'nice' customer service.
So disappointing. An hour for delivery. Only to get cold pizza and soggy wings. What happened to this once great establishment?
Zero stars isn't an option. Every time I have ever ordered from this location there has been an error, make no mistake they keep the money. When you ask to talk to a manager you get attitude and the, Ï am in charge”if you get frustrated they hang up on you. Then when you ask for a manager again the person answering claims to be one, when you can hear the other employees snickering in the back. 70-85 minute wait times and poor service, I hope whoever owns this dump reads these comments, shut them down.
This place is hit and miss but I'd rather order here than Pizza Ranch. Pizza Ranch has the nastiest pizza and their store is very dirty. Their salad bar is almost $8 for one pass...seriously. Last couple times we ordered from PH the pizza was hot and very good. Their breadsticks are very good. This PH has a bad name but then again PR doesn't hAve a great one either. It's Boone afterall.
