Nice hotel for the price. Kids loved the pool. Good cable channels. Breakfast could be a little better, but it was included and better than nothing! I'd stay here again.
Beds are nice, pool is bigger than expected. Didn't spend any time during the day here but nights were fine.
Clean rooms with a mini fridge and a microwave oven. The building is feeling it's age. Bathroom has been remodeled, but the commode was not moved and sits too close to the wall. Shower curtain does not close well and leads to water on the floor. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, so if you use the pool and take a shower afterwards you will need to plane accordingly and ask the front desk for additional towels.
This place is ok if you just need a place to sleep. If you don't want to be awakened at 8 AM, be sure to put out the do not disturb sign. It was quiet, and clean. No frills.
Very rude customer service. Called about my reservation lady started yelling at me telling me that she would not do one room had to be 4 to 7 rooms reservations. I asked her to send me an invoice saying they were not going to charged for cancellation she told me she was not going to do that did not speak good English very hard to understand at times could not understand at all what she was saying. And when I told her that I cannot understand she would just get louder and madder. No stars for me and will never go back.
